NOTE: Harmony 783 grounding shoes are NOT minimalist / barefoot design, and most styles offer medium arch support for comfort.

Grounding socks are specifically designed to help conduct natural Earth energy from the ground, through your grounding shoes, and into your feet. They accomplish this via silver threads, which serve as conductors of both thermal and electrical energy.

Although regular socks made from natural fabrics like cotton or wool won’t necessarily block Earth’s natural energy, they can dampen the flow of it - kind of like a filter. Because grounding socks are woven with conductive silver, they enhance, rather than blunt, the flow of Earth energy.

We’re prefer to wear grounding shoes without any socks, but reach for grounding socks when the weather is prohibitively cold. We’ve found Harmony’s socks to be soft and comfy - there’s nothing like grounded winter warmers!

Harmony 783 offers several different styles and colors of grounding socks - merino wool and organic cotton blends.

Most Harmony 783 grounding shoes (sneakers, lace ups, walkers, trail shoes, slip-ons, high-tops/ankle boots, drivers and ballet flats) utilize a multi-layer conductive system.

Each grounding shoe contains between three and five sole layers with either silver or carbon, both of which are conductive. Together, these layers enable the flow of natural earth energy from a conductive surface into your feet.

1. The footbed closest to the feet (#2 in diagram) is stitched with highly conductive, 99.99% pure silver.

2. The next (#3) is a lasting board layer, also stitched with pure silver.

3. A 99% pure silver fabric loop (#4) under the board layer further facilitates conductive flow.

4. BLOOM Rise Eva, a bio-friendly, algae-based material also built into midsole as a sustainability measure.

5. Carbon & rubber conductive outsole (#6) with trampoline heel for a stable stride.
