HOW INDOOR GROUNDING WORKS
Indoor grounding products contain conductive materials -usually carbon or silver- which transfer Earth energy to your body when your skin touches them. They connect by cord to the ground port of a properly grounded wall outlet, or to a ground rod placed in the soil outside. Before you start, use an outlet checker to confirm your outlet is grounded.
Grounding footwear works differently: conductive materials in the soles connect you to the ground through your feet when you walk on natural surfaces, like dirt or grass.
